Overview

Brick Stacker begins with one broad foundation near the bottom of the tower. A new brick slides horizontally above the highest layer. Dropping it keeps only the region that overlaps the layer below; every overhanging portion is cut away. The surviving platform becomes the width available for the next pass, so small timing errors permanently increase later precision.

Controls

Press Space or the center touch button at the desired alignment. Left and Right do not drag the brick; its automatic sweep is the timing reference. A complete miss costs a life and sends another brick of the current width, while any overlap adds a layer. Reset removes the tower and restores the broad foundation without deleting the browser best.

Scoring and Progress

Each successful placement awards a base amount plus an accuracy bonus proportional to retained width. Tower height appears in the status panel, and narrower high layers can produce the strongest evidence of sustained control. A zero-overlap drop loses a life but does not open an end screen. The moving speed rises gradually as the stack grows, making later points harder earned.

Strategy Tips

Watch one edge of the moving brick rather than trying to compare both edges at once. Trigger slightly before visual alignment to account for reaction time, then use the new trimmed edge as the next reference. Perfectly centered drops preserve options, but a narrow platform can still be extended by matching its leading side consistently on alternating sweeps.

Mobile Play

The single drop action is a large, reliable phone target and the tower remains visible above it in portrait. Debug mode releases bricks at varied positions, showing real trimming, height growth, and occasional misses instead of a scripted stack. Text state exposes every layer position and width, the moving brick, height, score, and lives for overlap-rule validation.
